Notice of claims and correspondences are quite similar documents, but workflows are different since they can only be sent in a specific way. Therefore, when selecting the create or '+' from the button group, it takes you to the same form creation as for Correspondence. You are required to select "NCL.Notice of claim" as a category, and then, it will be managed differently.
