A Notice of Claim is set up separately from Correspondences. Workflows are also managed separately. This means when the project is set-up it is decided, which communication paths for notice of claims are allowed. So, you are likely to receive notice of claims only from the Terminal Construction Team.
As shown below you can see that the workflow of a notice of claim is the same as the one of a correspondence (unless it has been amended as per client requirements).
Once a notice of claim has been received, the PM of the destination party approves and accepts it, finalizing this way the workflow.
