Creating New Notice of Claim

 
By Clicking  the sign ´+´ embedded in the Notice of Claims button you will be able to create a new Document.
 
As a Contractor you can send Notice of Claims to the Terminal Construction Team or the PMC.
 
 
The only difference between creating new Correspondence and Notice of Claims is that Category selection must be set to 'Notice of claims' and 'To' selection must be set to the Terminal Construction Team or the PMC:
 
After filling in the details, hit the save button to create the document.
 
It is now time to create the workflow which will work exactly as in a correspondence.
 
When the workflow is assigned will look like this:
If you accidentally don't set the 'To' option correctly (e.g. setting another Contractor as the recipient) once you submit the workflow, it will create a system workflow, therefore the Contractor will not receive the Claim Document anyway.
