When you have to create a new Document in PMWeb, first click in the document of your wish in the Module Buttons.
You will see that the button is now active and will appear highlighted; the '+' button is now also enabled.
Note: Some documents have two '+' buttons for both item and set. More information about what a set is can be found in this section.
After clicking in the '+' button you will be redirected to a custom document form which you are required to fill in depending on the document you are creating.
You can see as below that the name of the document will appear in the top menu. Always bear in mind that apart from fill in all required fields you should also check Additional Details and
Attachments rounded in the picture in case you need to provide further information whilst creating your document.
Never forget to click on the Save button prior to leave the creation. Also bear in mind that some fields are enabled only after you save the document for the first time.
