From the Minutes of Meeting Log section you can have a quick overview of all the documents sent or received or still in draft and pending to be delivered or received.
Apart from the filters available to help you sorting explained in Workflow Inbox section, you can also see:
The date for which the meeting is planned.
Start and end time for that meeting.
The name of the creator.
The company code of the organizer.
The name of the meeting's organizer.
An identification code for the meeting.
The items assigned to the document.
Pay attention to the two superior tabs over the log:
Meetings Created By PMC.
Meetings Created By Others.
As the name suggests, the first option will have only the documents for your company, furthermore, the second option will show the documents from the external parties.
View/Print Cover Sheet
If you click in this button a new tab will open in your browser and you will get the following screen.
Here, you are able to export your document and save it in different formats and print it from there, clicking on the icon marked in the top bar.
If you click in this other button you will get a preview of the oficial document and also you will see all the attachments that belong to this document.
