Once your initial request has been fulfilled and you are happy with the response provided, it is time to finalize the workflow for this document.
You will see the incoming response in both your Workflow Inbox or Request for information log.
You can now accept this response by approving the last step of the workflow as shown below:
Now the workflow has been completed and therefore the document will appear filtered as 'Receipt Confirmed'. If you open the Cover Sheet, you can see it has been received as well with the 'Receipt Confirmed' mark:
It is good to mention that once you submit a RFI there are a couple of significant dates:
Submission Date: it is the moment the iniator send the RFI.
Requested Answer Date: it is the time a response is expected.
Contractually Due Date: as per contract specifications, this timeframe should not be overpassed.
Actual Answer Date: it is the real date once the response was sent.
