An Instruction is set up separately from Correspondence. Workflows are also managed separately, although they work similarly. This means when the project is set-up it is decided which communication paths for instructions are allowed. So, you are likely to receive instructions, from less companies than you can receive Correspondence from, so this is partly similar to Receiving Correspondence.
As shown below you can see that the workflow of an instruction is the same as the one of a correspondence (unless it has been amended as per client requirements).
Once an instruction has been received, the PM of the destination party approves and accepts it, finalizing this way the workflow.
