Creating New Transmittal

 
Which roles are involved in the workflow of a Transmittal and how to take action on it are covered in the section Transmittal Workflow.
 
A transmittal is a Correspondence but one-way only. Its purpose is to trasmit an information without asking for a response.
 
To start creating your Transmittal click in the ´+´ button from the Module Buttons panel and you will be redirected to the creation form as shown below:

Here you can select which type of communication is. You can send it online which would be through PMWeb or if you have to send it by post mail, you select the appropiate option.

Here you can add details about the delivery such as address, track number, who shipped it, etc.
