Resetting Your Password

To reset your password, follow the procedure below:

1. Once logged into PMWeb, click on the

icon at the top of the screen and then select My Settings in the drop-menu:

2. When the Settings dialog appears:

First:

If you are resetting the temporary password provided to you, enter pmweb in the Old Password box
If you are resetting a password you chose yourself, enter your current password in the Old Password box
Enter your chosen new password in the New Password box
Enter your chosen new password again in the Confirm Password box

Second:

Confirm that your First Name, Last Name, and Email are correctly entered in the Profile section on the left

3. Click the Save & Exit button to save your changes and return to PMWeb:
