Forecast

 
Forecasts refer to the complete and thorough estimations, guesses, or predictions that are made by the project team on the particular conditions in the projects future that may arise.
 

Delegation

 
A delegation is given when the mainly responsible for taking an action over a document, give access to another user of their trust to make that actions on the document.
Even if the person taking action is a delegate, the responsibility still remains with the person delegating.
 
 

Managed Document

 
A managed document contains metadata that recognise who created it, who is the recipient, track a workflow and approvals apart from other specific details of the document in particular.
 
 

Claim

 
Sometimes the contractor finds some issue when carrying out the construction. When that situation happens they open a claim to the Project Manager Consultant with the intention of report the problem.
