This Quick-Reference Guide covers the tasks necessary for Creating and Sending Correspondences between parties in PMWeb.

Correspondence may be sent between the Contractors and PMC or the Terminal Construction Team (Client).

As a Contractor, you will need to manage the following tasks in PMWeb related to Correspondence:

Creating new Correspondence to send to other parties
Receiving Correspondence from other parties
Using Correspondence Workflow to track the work path of the document between parties
